Computer Troubleshooters of Lomira, LLC was opened on April 1, 2003, by Tony and Kim Weinberger. Kim and Tony are dedicated to providing a high quality of service to each and every client. Anna Hanson, Customer Service Specialist, will assist the clients in scheduling their services and maintaining contact so we are always available to assist with any question, need, or problem. Each technician comes to us with a strong technical background, and are then trained by Tony on how to treat each customer by talking to them without using confusing technical terms, and making sure that they feel comfortable with what is happening with their system or network.
All new business clients are offered a FREE on-site survey of their current technology structure. This allows the business client to be introduced to our services and technicians, and also gives them an overall report on the status, security, and recommendations for proper use and maintenance of their hardware. After the initial site survey, business clients can either call for support on an as needed basis, or they can have a maintenance contract designed to fit their needs.
